All suppliers need to allow for the chance that the cost of buying your gas will be higher each day than the amount you have agreed to pay within your contract. This is why you will pay a slightly higher rate, but it does allow you easy budgeting.
Winter Tracker: We estimate what you will use each year and buy all of your summer energy and most of your winter at the price we agree at the beginning of your contract.
Annual Tracker: We estimate what you will use each year and buy at an agreed amount at a fixed cost which we agree at the beginning of your contract.
The rest of your energy requirements are bought on the energy markets at the best daily rate we can buy at in order to meet your needs in time for that month. If the energy markets have been favourable you could expect a credit. Please note that energy market prices can also rise, which could result in an invoice. Contracts can be 12, 24 or 36 months as you wish.
