Our aim is to attract the best available talent right from first contact and our 4 steps recruitment process will help you understand how we do that.
Why do we proceed this way?
Various methods of assessment are used to help the company to ascertain your level of competence in specific areas relevant to the role you are applying for. We also hope that through the assessments, you will be able to learn more about Total Gas & Power, the role applied for and help determine if it is the right role for you.

Step 1 Submitting your application |
You have seen a job advert that has caught your attention or you wish to submit a speculative application? Please do so by applying either through our current vacancies section or employee referral programme. If your application matches our key requirement for any of our available roles you will be contacted by a member of the HR Department to discuss further in the next 2 to 3 weeks following your application. |

Step 2 Competency-based Interview |
Should your application match our key requirement for any of the available roles, you will be contacted to attend either a phone interview and/or a face to face interview with the line manager and HR. In most cases we may request you to attend a second interview in order to help us better understand and identify whether your skill-set matches our business requirements. Throughout the process we will try to give you as much information as possible about the position and our opportunities for career progression, which will help you understand what we can offer. * |

Step 3 Ability Testing |
Througout our selection process, we may request to assess some of your operational skills by asking you to complete our range of ability testing which may involve online exercises, in-tray exercises, telephone role play, or an inductive testing presentation. Further instructions will be provided to the relevant applicants prior to such assessments being arranged. |

Step 4 Offer & Induction |
Should you be successful in our recruitment process, you will receive an offer of employment in writing that will confirm all the terms and conditions that will relate to your employment with Total Gas & Power Ltd. From your first day of employment we will offer you a comprehensive induction and training package, which will help you develop in the role. |
